We are seeking a highly discreet, proactive, and exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and the Information Security (InfoSec) organization. This is a critical, high-impact position within a fast-paced, global environment, demanding urgency, precision, and an impeccable professional presence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives on collaboration, and will be essential in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations and success of the leadership team. This is an office-based position at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary strategic partner to the CISO, providing high-level communications, program management, and administrative support.
Proactively manage complex global calendars, coordinate sensitive executive leadership sessions, and organize large-scale meetings.
Oversee all domestic and international travel logistics, detailed itineraries, and timely submission of expense reports.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and executive presence at all times.
Act as the central point of contact for the InfoSec organization, ensuring unified messaging and organizational alignment.
Manage workspace planning, including coordinating seating assignments, moves, and cube allocation in partnership with the facilities team.
Create, track, and manage all purchase orders (POs) for the InfoSec team.
Partner seamlessly with other Executive Assistants across the Product Organization and the broader company.
Support the integration and onboarding of new employees, helping them quickly acclimate to team culture and resources.
Plan and flawlessly execute internal team events, leadership offsites, and major organizational gatherings, such as All-Hands sessions.
Coordinate team-building activities, recognition programs, and engagement events that foster strong relationships and boost morale.
Champion a positive and inclusive team culture by actively modeling core values and promoting cross-organizational collaboration.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in executive support, program coordination, or project management, preferably within a high-growth or global technology environment.
Expertise in planning and managing large-scale events, both onsite and offsite.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Confluence, and expense management systems (e.g., Concur).
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven capacity to effectively prioritize, manage multiple competing deadlines, and succeed in a fast-paced setting.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
Resourceful and adaptable, possessing a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a dedicated “no task too small” work ethic.
Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
