Job Summary
As a Senior Product Manager for our SASE solution, you will shape the strategy and roadmap for core Prisma Access, including cloud infrastructure and service architecture. You will own the delivery of innovative features that align with our high standards, managing the entire lifecycle from conception to post-release. This role is central to our world-class product organization, requiring a self-motivated individual passionate about solving significant technical challenges in enterprise network security.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead the creation and deployment of a new public cloud security platform by enhancing and expanding Prisma Access.
Manage the entire feature lifecycle from conception and definition through development, release, and post-release activities.
Proactively collaborate and exchange information with Product Marketing to create compelling sales tools and marketing content.
Work with cross-functional teams including NPI, certification, and professional services to ensure comprehensive product readiness and support.
Ensure alignment with legal, InfoSec, and engineering teams to maintain adherence to various privacy and data protection regulations.
Engage directly with customers for executive briefings, product evangelism, and requirements gathering to inform the product roadmap.
Challenge the status quo by curiously and positively identifying opportunities to improve our cloud infrastructure and overall security architecture.
Required Qualifications
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, another engineering/technical field, or Business.
Minimum of 4 years in product management, OR a minimum of 8 years of related technical experience in the enterprise networking and cloud networking space.
Demonstrated ability to own the full product lifecycle, from writing requirements and collaborating with engineering to working with sales to drive adoption.
Deep understanding of Layer-2, Layer-3, and Layer-4 networking protocols, VPN/tunneling technologies, and cloud compute/network solutions.
Practical experience and strategic insight in emerging AI domains, including Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Proven success in a Technical Marketing Engineer role within the networking and/or security domain.
Experience in customer engagement and relationship development for executive briefings and requirements gathering.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in market analysis, business case creation, and product strategy.
The Team
Product Management or PDM - To stay ahead of the curve, it’s critical to know where the curve is and how to anticipate the changes we’re facing. For the fastest-growing cybersecurity company, the curve is the evolution of cyberattacks and the products and services that proactively address them. Our Product Management team helps us do just that. This team provides the behind-the-scenes support for our products by being a source of information for our Systems Engineers, staying on top of the environment we sell in and helping to implement technical solutions based on our clients' feedback and needs. As threats and technology evolve, we stay ahead to accomplish our mission.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $148700/YR - $240500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
