As the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will spearhead the strategic evolution of our global market presence, transforming our Go-To-Market (GTM) engine from a traditional product-led model into a unified, AI-driven powerhouse. You are charged with dismantling legacy silos and pioneering standardized, intelligent workflows that eliminate operational friction and accelerate our leap to market dominance. By owning the roadmap for organizational velocity, you will drastically reduce GTM cycle times and maximize efficiency, directly driving increased win-rates and expanded market share across our entire portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for leading the charge for AI Transformation across the business, driving adoption and cultural change at an executive level.
Leading the evolution of the Product Marketing operating model by integrating AI-powered workflows into every stage of the GTM lifecycle to maximize organizational velocity.
Designing the standards for the AI-powered operating layer, ensuring that the division of labor between execution and strategy is optimized for high-impact market results.
Overseeing the technical and ethical governance of AI-generated content pipelines, ensuring that automation scales without compromising brand integrity or technical accuracy.
Establishing the infrastructure for AI processes and RFI libraries to ensure the entire organization is pulling from a high-quality, unified source of truth.
Directing the architecture of world-class category narratives and platform stories that unify disparate product lines into a single, dominant market position.
Acting as the final authority on strategic positioning, ensuring that human judgment and sound logic are prioritized in high-stakes human-in-the-loop decisions.
Partnering with Executive Leadership across Product, Sales, and Engineering to align GTM strategies with long-term business objectives and revenue targets.
Serve as a key cross-functional influencer and change agent, guiding and aligning other teams (e.g., Sales, Product, R&D) on AI-driven GTM strategy.
Interpreting macro-level market and competitive signals to influence product roadmaps, pricing models, and portfolio-wide packaging decisions.
Cultivating a culture of continuous learning where experimentation with AI and non-traditional GTM processes is encouraged, documented, and scaled.
Accountable for the professional development of the PMM organization, ensuring a clear progression path for operational and strategic leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of professional experience in Product Marketing or relevant experience; OR Master’s degree/MBA with 12+ years of experience; OR PhD with 8+ years of experience.
Proven experience as a Senior Director or equivalent "manager of managers."
Direct experience operationalizing AI-driven workflows or advanced automation to reduce cycle times, eliminate rework, and drive organizational velocity at scale.
Successful track record of managing a complex product marketing portfolio
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
