Job Summary

In this role, you will work directly with our valued customers to address complex post-sales challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation of various factors. As a critical thinker, you will master the methods and criteria for obtaining results and network with key contacts beyond your expertise. You will excel at detailing difficult technical issues to both non-technical and technical professionals, ensuring our clients receive the fast, thoughtful assistance needed to keep their environments secure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with on-site support, deployment, implementation, and knowledge transfer for configurations and troubleshooting.

  • Apply fault isolation and root cause analysis to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Manage post-sales technical support cases to ensure timely recording, tracking, and resolution.

  • Collaborate with Development, Sales, and QA to reproduce customer issues, qualify critical problems, and enhance the customer experience.

  • Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other user documentation in the Knowledge Base.

  • Review user documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, and problem-solving guides.

  • Provide on-call support on an as-needed basis, including travel to customer sites for critical situations.

  • Ensure alignment by working closely with Sales and Sales Engineering teams on customer engagements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, professional services, or a customer-facing role involving deployment, implementation, and integration.

  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and core concepts across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Linux), virtual machines, and containers (Kubernetes, Docker).

  • Proficiency with scripting and configuration formats such as Python, JSON, YAML, and Bash.

  • Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IDF computer units.

  • Active Israeli MOD security clearance.

  • Prior experience in a similar vendor Technical Support Center.

  • Knowledge of CNAPP, CSPM, cloud security certifications, or cloud compliance tools.
