Job Summary

As the Senior Employee Relations Partner for India, you will be a key member of our People team in a fast-growing, international environment. You will act as a trusted partner to leaders, providing expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters to uphold our values and elevate team performance and capability. Your role is critical in fostering a fair, respectful, and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate, coach, and guide leaders on performance management and elevation efforts, ensuring adherence to our philosophy and values.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner, providing advice to elevate performance and capability across teams and organizations.
  • Advise on and lead a wide range of employee relations issues, including reorganizations, conflicts, grievances, and behavioral/conduct issues.
  • Conduct thorough and objective investigations related to employee conduct and policy violations, ensuring a fair and timely process.
  • Lead and manage the company's Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) process and compliance for India.
  • Manage employee relations data, case management, and file management, providing data analysis and document preparation as required.
  • Present quarterly business reviews of case outcomes, trends, and data analysis to business partners and leadership.
  • Act as an advocate for equitable and fair treatment, ensuring all practices align with our company’s core values of Disruption, Execution, Inclusion, Collaboration, and Integrity.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive Employee Relations experience, gained in either a dedicated ER role or as an HR Business Partner.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes in a complex, global organization.
  • Proven experience conducting and managing formal investigations related to employee conduct and policy violations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide practical solutions.
  • Experience managing highly sensitive and confidential employee and company information with the utmost discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of India employment law and effective risk management practices.
  • Experience leading and managing a company's POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) process.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen effectively and persuade others.
  • Experience working across multiple regions and time zones, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
