Your Career

Our Treasury department is at the forefront of driving financial innovation, managing complex numbers, and offering strategic insights that shape major business decisions. If you're passionate about leveraging your treasury expertise and analytical prowess to solve finance challenges in fresh, innovative ways, this could be the role for you. At our company, we don’t just innovate in R&D — we’re transforming how finance, treasury, and accounting operate.

We’re seeking a Treasury Analyst who thrives on supporting high-impact initiatives within our dynamic Corporate Treasury organization. With your analytical mind and financial savvy, you'll provide key insights and forecasts to help manage our cash, investments, and balance sheet. If you're a self-starter with a knack for collaboration and love working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll fit right in!

Your Impact

  • Play a key role in managing the company’s cash and investments, analyzing opportunities, and reporting on portfolio performance
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast interest income, OIE (Other Income & Expense), and support other capital markets activities, including share repurchases, financing, and foreign exchange strategies
  • Optimize treasury systems and tools to streamline processes, making everything run smoother and more efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures, keeping our operations solid and secure
  • Collaborate with a variety of teams — from Accounting and FP&A to Legal and Tax — to drive business-wide initiatives
  • Jump into ad-hoc treasury projects that push the boundaries of what finance can do

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury, investment banking, or relevant finance roles (CFA/MBA preferred but not required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent military experience required
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills that turn data into actionable insights
  • A fast-paced, high-energy environment is where you thrive
  • You’re naturally collaborative, curious, and maintain the highest level of professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications and Excel, and experience with Bloomberg or treasury management systems is a plus
  • A solid understanding of financial markets and how they influence business outcomes
  • You ensure SOX compliance in all activities and are comfortable managing both internal and external audit work
