Your Career

In the Strategic Account Sales Division 2, you will be responsible for new development and account management for the top 50 Japanese enterprise companies in the financial and media/retail services industries. You will make comprehensive proposals to solve the problems of your assigned customers. As a technical advisor, you will build trusting relationships with customers and support sales activities. You will play the role of a pre-sales engineer and account SE who understands our wide product portfolio and combines them to propose optimal solutions.

Your Impact

  • Present the technical benefits of our security products to existing and prospective customers, provide persuasive product demos, and provide solutions to technical questions
  • Provide consulting and best practice guidance, including high-level design support for design, implementation, and platform migration for key user accounts
  • Provide design test support and validation support for customer PoC validation
  • Provide technical advisory and lead the solution process for customer issues

Your Experience

[MUST]

  • Experience as a pre-sales SE is required - Experience in pre-sales proposal activities (customer analysis, problem raising, solution proposal)
  • Deep understanding and experience of customer systems, mainly public cloud. Or deep knowledge and application skills of peripheral technologies
  • Experience in system development and operation in cloud environments (DevOps, DevSecOps, etc.)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cloud native platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP (IaC, containers, GitHub, etc.)
  • Logical thinking and communication skills - Problem-solving skills
  • Japanese language ability (fluent or native level, Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1)
  • English language ability (reading and writing level)

  • Experience in making proposals to global companies
  • Pre-sales experience of security products
  • Experience with router and switch products
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Positive and highly motivated people are welcome
  • English skills (conversational level)
  • Knowledge or work experience in cloud security
  • Experience with security products such as firewalls, UTM, IPS, Proxy, SASE, CASB
  • Experience with network design (LAN/WAN, routing such as BGP and OSPF)
  • Experience in making proposals to global companies and large-scale users

As part of the Strategic Account Sales Division, this team is responsible for new development and account management of strategic account customers (major enterprise companies).
