Provide to sales leaders insightful data and analytics to make sound business decisions
Apply strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to take apart business problems and build solutions
Leverage advanced Generative AI skills to drive process improvements, automate complex financial workflows, and integrate AI into renewal predictability modeling to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. Go To Market finance, Central Sales finance, Sales/Renewals Ops, Strategy, etc) to continually improve metrics alignment, consistency, data integrity, and automation
Your Experience
5–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, with a minimum of 2 years specifically embedded in a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based environment (direct experience with Renewals/Retention cycles is highly preferred)
BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CFA/CPA) is a plus, reflecting a track record of academic and professional achievement
Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and maintain complex financial models
Strong business and analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills
