Our IT Desktop Support Team Members aid their co-workers, both local and remote, providing technical troubleshooting and resolution to any and all computer hardware and software issues. As a member of our team, you will use your multitasking abilities and expert communication skills to follow through on all tickets and projects while maintaining that positive, professional, customer service mindset you’ve always provided to your IT customers
Fast-paced, fast-changing, and unpredictable define our Information Technology team. We are looking for analytical, agile, and influential leaders who can deliver meaningful results and solutions quickly, while remaining flexible to accommodate evolving business needs and shifting priorities.
This position is in the Amsterdam office and primarily supports the Netherlands and other countries within the EMEA region.
Your Impact
Provide IT procurement, configuration, and support services for PC and Mac platforms, video conference equipment, printers/copiers, phone systems, smartphone devices, and general IT hardware/software
Base level understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, and the ability to build, configure, and support them with the guidance from SMEs
Follow SOP documentation and escalate issues appropriately to higher-level staff
Manage individual workflow and maintain the current ticket queue via the IT ticketing system
Develop and maintain productive and professional relationships with the user base
Plan, coordinate, and support the onsite, online, and hybrid events with IT/AV enabled
Your Experience
Any degree in tech or related discipline, or equivalent military experience
Must have 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in IT admin roles
Strong service-oriented mentality is a must- excellent communication/interpersonal skills, ability, and willingness to learn and cross-train with other IT staff members required
Recent hands-on technical experience with Windows 11, Mac OSX, Google Workspace, Microsoft Active Directory, system imaging, VPN, basic networking, network connectivity, including 802.11x, PC and Apple hardware, and mobile devices
Recent experience with remote access and remote-control tools to support remote employees. Zoom, MS Remote Desktop, etc.
Recent involvement in supporting large group events with IT/AV equipment operation
Experience with office space IT Facility design, build, and maintenance support
