Your Career

The Technical Services Senior Manager position requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the commitment to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. The position is responsible for leading the Technical Services Implementation and Delivery Teams for India (NetSec).

Your Impact

Strategic Leadership & Service Excellence

  • Drive Technical Vision: Provide strategic direction for the Technical Services team, ensuring the India organization remains at the forefront of network security innovation including SASE.

  • Partner Ecosystem Growth: Collaborate with external partners to enhance their service product offerings and delivery capabilities.

  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily activities of the consulting organization, ensuring high-quality delivery of professional services and resident engineering engagements.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison for Sales Leadership to ensure technical requirements align with customer business outcomes and expectations.

People & Culture Management

  • Talent Development: Lead a team of delivery professionals with a focus on active career coaching, training, and helping each individual reach their full potential.

  • Team Management:  Manage team operations, technical enablement, and talent development  including hiring, promotions, and performance management.

  • Build a healthy culture within the team

Business Integration

  • Reporting & Visibility: Provide consistent status updates to regional leadership and play an active role in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

  • Escalation Management: Serve as a calm, decisive leader during customer escalations, ensuring swift resolution while maintaining professional composure.

Your Experience

  • Educational Background: Undergraduate degree required; MBA or Master’s degree is highly preferred.

  • Proven Leadership: 7+ years of experience managing teams of 10+ service delivery professionals, specifically within a high-growth technology environment.

  • Security Domain Expertise: Solid technical foundation in Internet security concepts and hands-on experience with Network Security product implementations.

  • Influencing Skills: Exceptional ability to present to internal executives and external clients, with the power to influence decision-making at all levels.

  • Multitasking Mastery: Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple concurrent engagements and prioritize a complex workload proactively.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating technical complexity into business value.

As threats and technology evolve, we stay in step to accomplish our mission. You’ll be involved in implementing new products, transitioning from old products to new, and will fix integrations and critical issues as they are raised. But you won’t wait for them to be raised, you’ll seek them out, too. We fix and identify technical problems, with a pointed focus of providing the best customer support in the industry.
