Job Summary

Position Overview The Senior Customer Success Engineer (CSE) for Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) is a high-touch, senior technical role responsible for driving platform adoption, architectural health, and retention across Palo Alto Networks' largest and most complex enterprise accounts based in France. You will serve as a technical "Black-Belt" advisor, working directly with French enterprise stakeholders to align our security stack with their operational, architectural, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Account Management: Own the technical relationship and health scores for a portfolio of 15–20 high-LTV French accounts, ensuring architecture configurations align with Palo Alto Networks best practices.
  • Drive Software Currency & Adoption: Lead complex software migration strategies (including PAN-OS 11.x) and maximize deployment depth for Advanced Threat Prevention (ATP), Advanced WildFire (AWF), and Premium AIOps across French enterprise estates.
  • Critical Risk Mitigation: Provide advanced root-cause analysis and telemetry reviews to proactively identify vulnerabilities and lead technical recovery for at-risk accounts.
  • Execute Parallel Service Models: Deliver on both Focused Services and the new Platinum Success frameworks simultaneously as part of the French theater's Scale & Optimize (S&O) rollout.
  • Executive Technical Influence: Manage technical impressions and present complex telemetry data during Strategic Meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive hardware refreshes and expansion.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in a senior, customer-facing technical engineering role (Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or Senior Customer Success).
  • Languages: Native-level fluency in French and professional fluency in English are mandatory.
  • Technical Depth: Expert-level knowledge of network security, complex routing/switching, and cloud networking environments.
  • Certifications:PCNSE, CCIE, or CISSP (or proven equivalent technical depth) required.
  • Location: Must be based in France to accommodate frequent customer onsite requirements.
