- Partner with senior architects to translate their expertise into high-quality, reusable assets including templates, accelerators, and strategic playbooks designed for AI customization.
- Own and execute the practice's operating cadence, including quarterly reviews of all library assets and the intake process for new contributions.
- Implement a dynamic content strategy where advisory assets are easily updated and synthesized by AI tools, managing the central IP library to ensure content is organized and current.
- Proactively collaborate and build a formal partnership with Enterprise Security and Product Management, ensuring information sharing is structured, consistent, and bi-directional.
- Drive adoption of new tools and methodologies across the global GSAP team through clear communications, training, and establishing a strong feedback loop.
- Identify process gaps and operational inefficiencies, deploying human-in-the-loop and AI-native workflows to maximize speed and free up architects for strategic work.
- Implement scalable systems for knowledge sharing that capture 'tribal knowledge' and automatically convert it into institutional assets.

- 6-8 years of experience in management consulting, practice operations, business analysis, or technical program management.
- Proven fluency in AI-driven operations, with the ability to view AI and automation as strategic levers.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a passion for training others and driving the adoption of new tools and processes.
