Job Summary

Your Career

Join the fastest-growing cybersecurity company in history. As an SRR, you will build a high-performance sales culture, develop trusted executive relationships, and empower clients to meet their security needs through strategic solution selling. This position is based in our Tokyo office.

Your Impact

  • Renewals Execution: Manage all maintenance and subscription renewals, ensuring contracts are renewed before expiration.
  • Expansion: Drive upsell opportunities and additional business within the installed base, including multi-year proposals.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with Sales Managers, Inside Sales, Channel Partners, and end-users to secure renewals.
  • Forecasting & Quoting: Create accurate renewal/upsell quotes and provide timely revenue forecasts.
  • Operational Integrity: Follow up on order processing, audit the installed base, and promote process/system improvements.
  • Continuous Learning: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product roadmaps and the competitive landscape.

Your Experience

  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience (Renewal Sales, Inside Sales, or Channel Sales preferred).
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and providing accurate forecasts.
  • Agility: Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build productive relationships and manage multiple cases with rapid updates.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Salesforce.com is required.
  • Language: Business-level English is highly desirable; native-level Japanese is required.

The Team

Our sales team works with large global organizations to protect their digital environments. We are committed to your success through joint selling, learning, and development. This role follows our FLEXWORK model, where employees typically work 3 days in the office to accelerate innovation and 2 days remotely for maximum efficiency.
