Your Career
The Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for driving our recruiting strategy across the EMEA and is responsible for leading a team of highly motivated recruiters, and sourcers to partner with the business, bringing high quality talent into the organization.

Your Impact
Be responsible for managing the TA department (recruiters, sourcers and cross functional ops). You will own building and implementing the TA strategy for EMEA Go To Market, Unit42 and associated functions
As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will not only lead our talent acquisition efforts but also be a key member of the senior People Team.
Your insights and expertise in talent acquisition will be vital in shaping the strategic direction of our workforce development. Work closely with other senior leaders to align talent acquisition strategies with the region's overall business objectives and cultural ethos.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our people's strategies are seamlessly integrated with our business goals. This position truly offers a unique opportunity to not only lead our talent acquisition initiatives but also to be a part of the core team that shapes the future of our region
Your responsibilities
Ensure we are continually increasing the quality of hire using trackable metrics and consulting with business leaders, training and upskilling our interviewers and ensuring we have the right checks and balances in place to deliver a rigorous and effective hiring process across the region
Ensure we are diversifying the company by coaching the team to deliver high caliber candidates from diverse backgrounds
Ensure we are delivering a high quality candidate experience for everyone who interviews at Palo Alto Networks through feedback and trackable metrics
Be responsible for ensuring we are moving fast enough to hit our ambitious hiring goals and at the same time, not losing sight of the quality of hire
Be responsible for delivering the global strategy from your leadership and those of your business partners and transforming that into one that makes sense for the region
Have a clear organizational design which reflects the needs of the business and the strategy you have helped create
Create clear goals for the team based on the regional strategy and measure and manage the team against them
Collaborate with our people team in compensation & benefits, operations and the people business partners in the region
Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect Palo Alto Networks products and services
Travel as necessary within your territory, and to company-wide meetings
Your Experience
Experience at a large technology company is preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing and leading large teams as a 2nd Line Manager
Experience working with a Go To Market Sales Function is critical
Experience working in a matrix structure organization with a strong, collaborative communication style
Strong ability to identify problems, review data, determine the root cause, and provide scalable solutions
Demonstrate in depth knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and the ability to deliver a structured hiring process
Ability to take a holistic approach to problem solving by understanding the bigger picture, and considering complex interrelationships and outcome

Our TA team members work hand-in-hand with business leaders to ensure we are providing diverse slates of candidates and hiring the best possible person for the job every time through rigorous and efficient hiring processes.. We ensure all candidates have a wonderful experience interviewing with Palo Alto Networks.
You will be the leader of the TA organization EMEA reporting into the VP People but also a member of b the global TA leadership team with a dotted line to the Snr Director Global Talent Acquisition
This structure ensures close collaboration with both the global TA leadership and the local people team, fostering an integrated approach to talent acquisition and management.
