Your Career
We’re looking for a results-oriented, performance-driven Marketing Manager to shape, develop, and execute the marketing plan for the Public Sector in Germany. Reporting to the Director Marketing EMEA Central, you will partner closely with Sales Leadership to build data-driven plans that support Platformization, regional sales priorities, and sustainable growth across these strategic market segments.
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution, with a proven ability to operate independently, influence senior stakeholders, and translate market, customer, and pipeline insights into measurable marketing outcomes. Deep knowledge and understanding of the German Public Sector will be critical to success.
Your Impact
Own, develop, execute, measure, and continuously optimize the integrated marketing plan for Germany’s Public Sector, translating EMEA marketing strategy and business priorities into market-specific programs that drive pipeline and growth.
Become the go-to marketing expert for Public Sector in Germany, building trusted relationships with Sales Leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders and providing market, customer, and pipeline insights to help shape GTM priorities and marketing investment decisions.
Build trusted relationships with Public Sector customers, key stakeholders, and thought-leadership organizations, leveraging market and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, shape marketing priorities, and strengthen our position in the German Public Sector market.
Define and lead integrated marketing programs across strategic accounts and target segments, leveraging the full marketing mix including account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, digital engagement, events, executive programs, and thought leadership.
Shape and deliver executive engagement initiatives, including CxO programs, executive roundtables, and strategic experiences that strengthen customer relationships and support business-critical opportunities.
Drive pipeline creation and acceleration across the Public Sector, using a deep understanding of the business, account landscape, customer needs, and market dynamics to prioritize marketing activities and investments.
Own the measurement and optimization of marketing performance, using data, attribution, account insights, and pipeline intelligence to establish success metrics, evaluate impact, optimize investments, and provide recommendations to Sales and Marketing Leadership.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and key stakeholders, effectively communicating marketing priorities, performance, and recommendations to build alignment and drive business outcomes. .
Qualifications
Your Experience
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing and/or program management, ideally within cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or another fast-paced environment, with strong field and demand generation marketing experience.
Deep knowledge and understanding of the German Public Sector, including market dynamics, customer priorities, and the strategic account environment.
Proven ability to translate broader business and marketing strategies into market-specific marketing plans and programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Strong influencer and collaborator, with demonstrated experience building trusted relationships with senior sales and business stakeholders and the confidence to provide strategic, data-driven recommendations.
Strong experience developing integrated marketing programs across strategic accounts and target segments, including account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, digital, events, thought leadership, and C-level executive programs.
Ability to operate independently in a matrixed environment, navigate ambiguity and complex business challenges, prioritize competing needs, and mobilize cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to use market, customer, account, and pipeline insights to measure performance, optimize investments, and inform marketing decisions.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and credibility to engage effectively with senior leaders, customers, and industry organizations.
Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is essential, along with strong English communication skills.
