Job Summary
We're looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to help ensure all components in our platform are optimized and battle-tested, so we can push our resources as far as they can go. This person has a passion for developing internal tools and platforms that are simple and easy to use, improving developer productivity across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Solve complex distributed systems problems at the largest scales in the world.
Scale our infrastructure and architecture to meet the needs of the platform and its engineers.
Use Go to build highly scalable and reliable distributed systems.
Build on top of our architecture stack using Kubernetes, GCP, and AWS.
Operate large-scale distributed systems globally.
Own projects from inception to delivery, including planning, requirements gathering, and collaboration with Product.
Mentor and up-level peers, helping junior engineers grow.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
10+ years in infrastructure or production-focused engineering roles.
Ability to own projects from inception to delivery.
Experience building high-scale systems and sophisticated application services.
A passion for growing and mentoring peers.
Experience with Go, C++, Java, C#, or Rust.
Experience operating Kubernetes clusters.
Experience building and operating distributed systems at scale on cloud providers like GCP and AWS.
Experience with monitoring and alerting.
Thorough experience with Linux.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with open-source communities.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
