Job Summary

Your Impact

Work closely with our Ecosystems Partner Programs team to develop and architect our partner program strategy and ongoing transformation. Combine your core strategy toolkit (framing/structure, hypothesis-driven approach, data-driven insight, best practices, etc.) with business judgment to directly lead and deliver major initiatives.

  • Apply first-principles thinking to deconstruct complex problems and design pragmatic, high-impact solutions that advance business priorities

  • Synthesize diverse data sources into actionable insights that enable clear, confident decision-making at all levels of the organization

  • Deliver concise, compelling materials for executive audiences, including business cases and strategic plans that drive measurable outcomes

  • Partner across functions to align on priorities, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and accelerate initiatives with urgency and precision

  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement, pushing boundaries with a bias for action while staying anchored in business objectives

  • Drive AI-enabled initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and unlock new sources of value

  • Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects, owning timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring results with visibility and accountability

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 4 years of professional experience. 4 years in top-tier management consulting a plus
  • Advanced analytical, quantitative, and modeling expertise, with a proven ability to distill complex datasets and business dynamics into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of influencing and aligning senior leadership on complex business and technical issues

  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level initiatives, driving cross-functional change, and managing programs that deliver measurable business impact

  • Both a collaborative leader and an independent thinker; a proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can set direction with minimal guidance

  • Experience in the Enterprise Technology sector is a plus but not required

  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative or technical field

  • Experience with data analysis & visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
