As an Employee Relations Operations Partner, you will be an integral part of the People team community, supporting our Employee Relations partners by executing our ER processes seamlessly. You will also be responsible for partnering with our HR Operations team to manage the transfer of ER operations work, as well as managing a caseload of ER matters, including performance management, conduct issues, organizational change and leave/accommodations. You will work across the People team and business to ensure we continue to have a workplace environment that creates career defining experiences as employees achieve more than they ever thought possible. You will play a key part in ensuring that our workplace is safe, treats employees with fairness and respect, and enables every employee to achieve their personal best.
Your Impact
Steward of Employee Relations data integrity
Triage Employee Relations cases, ensure all employee questions and concerns get addressed
Draft confidential separation agreements and execute involuntary termination transactions, partnering with Legal to draft additional disclosures as necessary
Partner with appropriate stakeholders to ensure a positive offboarding experience which includes but not limited to the handling of benefit continuation, severance pay and asset return inquiries
Monitor involuntary terminations via Workday to ensure timely processing of final pay
Lead efficient transfer of Employee Relations Operations work to HR Operations team, supporting with enablement as needed
Educate, coach and guide leaders on our performance management and elevation efforts, while ensuring adherence to our philosophy and values. Provide leaders with appropriate advice to elevate performance and capability across their teams and respective organizations
Support Employee Relations Partners with workforce change initiatives ensuring that communication is effective, risk is mitigated, and that leaders and employees are supported through the process
Conduct in-takes on employee relations matters and policy violations and partner with investigators/the Legal team to effectively address issues
Support the Employee Relations team with using HR analytics and data to identify trends, diagnose issues and make data-driven recommendations to the leadership team and People team colleagues
Support internal projects and initiatives as needed.
Act as an advocate for equitable and fair treatment; ensure our practices continue to align to our company’s core values: Disrupt. Execute. Inclusion. Collaboration. Integrity.
Your Experience
A minimum of three years of employee relations operations experience gained in either an HR Operations, HRBP or employee relations advisory role, or equivalent experience
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, and ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to set priorities, stay focused, and manage time in a fast paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills, with strong ability to analyze and solve problems
Passionate about using data and insights to make a positive impact on the business.
Dependable and accountable
Effective listener and persuasive communicator able to influence actions and outcome
Comfortable operating in Gsuite, Docusign, Workday, ServiceNow and Navex a plus
Experience managing sensitive confidential employee and company information

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $100000 - $163000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
