Your Career
In this Manager role for Unit 42 GTM Program Operations, you will support the execution and program management for Palo Alto Networks’ Unit 42 Business Unit. This role is part of our high-impact GTM operations team where we conduct analysis, uncover gaps and issues, develop business strategies, and, more importantly, drive the execution of the go-to-market strategy. Our goals are tied to the business outcome to accelerate our business at scale.
In this multi-faceted role, you develop central go-to-market motions and enable our global sales representatives to implement them across both North American and International markets. You will also work closely with our consulting operations and Unit 42 executive team to implement cross-functional initiatives.
Your Impact
Drive cross-functional execution of GTM and other operational strategies
Analyze and refine our current go-to-market processes and sales motion, to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Structure and package analysis of business impact and make business recommendations to iterate and change
Ensure on-time delivery of initiatives, program reporting, and projects with high-quality and clear communication
Build strong relationships across the sales organization to drive initiatives and receive continuous feedback from key stakeholders.
Your Experience
6+ years of work experience is required
2+ years of top management consulting experience (post business school or equivalent) with project scope relevant go-to-market or enterprise technology experience preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with solid business judgment and demonstrated project management experience
A go-getter who is curious to learn GTM knowledge and can quickly problem-solve to drive practical solutions across teams
Exceptional at cross-functional collaboration to set vision and drive complex problems into execution results
MBA preferred but not required
The role is based in HQ (Santa Clara, CA) and working in the office at least 3x a week is required.

Unit 42 Consulting is Palo Alto Network's security advisory team. Our vision is to create a more secure digital world by providing the highest quality incident response, and risk management to clients of all sizes. Our team is composed of recognized experts and incident responders with deep technical expertise and experience in investigations, data breach response, digital forensics, and information security. With a highly successful track record of delivering mission-critical cybersecurity solutions, we are experienced in working quickly to provide an effective incident response, attack readiness, and remediation plans with a focus on providing long-term support to improve our clients’ security posture.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $143,000 - $231,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
