Job Summary

As a Business Intelligence Consultant, you will play a key role in our AI transformation, working with senior leaders to turn data into actionable insights that guide key business decisions and improve customer outcomes. Your work will directly influence company strategy and enhance customer satisfaction in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply first principles thinking to break down complex problems and develop practical, effective solutions that drive business outcomes.

  • Leverage diverse data sources to uncover actionable insights and support clear, confident decision making at all levels.

  • Develop concise, compelling deliverables for executive stakeholders, including business cases and strategic execution plans.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, influence without authority, and move initiatives forward.

  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement with a bias for action, pushing boundaries while staying grounded in business needs.

  • Explore and support AI initiatives to improve processes, drive efficiency, and unlock value.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience.

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and modeling skills with a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and large datasets into clear, executive-level insights.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex business and technical concepts effectively to senior leadership.

  • Proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives, managing projects, and driving change in cross-functional environments.

  • Collaborative team player and independent thinker; a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Enterprise Technology sector.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
