Your Career
In this role, you will be a key player in the transformation of the security market and work with stakeholders across the company to fuel awareness and demand. You will work closely with the field marketing and Healthcare sales teams to devise and drive execution of the Americas marketing strategy for the Healthcare sales sector in support of our business objectives. Your experience in field, channel, demand generation, or campaign marketing in the cybersecurity industry, as well as your love for fast-paced initiatives, will benefit you in this role. The ideal candidate is a services and industry marketing expert, with specific experience in a related healthcare field.
Your Impact
Maintaining extensive collaboration with and across marketing and healthcare sales organization to ensure alignment to strategic objectives and business units
Execution of the integrated and comprehensive healthcare marketing plan to support growth and revenue objectives - Provide program measurement and reports of the same
Collaborates with sales to understand priorities, then aligns strategic marketing programs to support sales objectives
Partner with marketing, and inside sales teams to align efforts, and discover and deploy top-performing tactics to create, develop, and close qualified leads and opportunities
Partner with the channel marketing team to align efforts with the healthcare sales organization
Communicate program status, action items, results reporting, and deliverables across marketing and sales
Traveling ability for ~30% of the time
Qualifications
8+ years in a field, channel, demand-generation, or campaign marketing role, preferably in the healthcare and / or cybersecurity industry
Knowledge of and experience in marketing to healthcare-related sectors preferred
Experience owning and partnering on marketing programs with an understanding of how to measure marketing mix performance
Passion and skill for leading and partnering with cross-functional teams
Experience working with and communicating to sales teams
Excellent communications and project-management skills as well as exceptional attention to detail
Ability to think strategically, come up with effective solutions across teams, and communicate them effectively
Hands-on experience in Salesforce.com and/ or Marketo, with the ability to track campaigns, leads, and pull reporting
Hands-on experience with managing events and working trade shows, with a deep understanding of event planning from strategy to execution
Not afraid to roll up your sleeves to work on what needs to get done - list uploads, creative projects, data cleaning etc.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience required

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
