We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer (QA) to drive test automation strategy, design, and execution across our products. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building scalable automation frameworks, strong programming skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software in fast-paced, agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable test automation frameworks
Build automated test scripts for UI, API, and backend services
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality across the SDLC
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive issues to closure
Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for automation
Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and execution time
Participate in design reviews and provide inputs from a quality perspective
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of experience in QA with strong focus on test automation
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium
Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Karate
Strong understanding of test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Mocha, etc.)
Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in performance testing (JMeter, Gatling, etc.)
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong ownership and accountability
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives
Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
