Your Career

As the Senior Director of Growth Marketing and Insights, you’ll shape the global growth strategy with a digital-first mindset, driving high-impact, connected brand-to-demand experiences. This role partners across brand, product marketing, and field marketing to elevate storytelling and accelerate demand within key accounts. You’ll lead the development of integrated campaigns and journeys, engaging buyer groups through digital, field, and growth marketing channels, while owning the website experience and driving SEO for optimal traffic and engagement.

As a data-driven leader, you’ll harness insights to shape strategy, optimize investments, and measure effectiveness. You’ll collaborate with sales and corporate strategy teams to enhance marketing-sales alignment, driving efficiencies via lead management and funnel processes while enabling personalized customer journeys.

This role is pivotal in building global brand awareness, market share, and revenue. You’ll lead a high-performing organization and collaborate across senior leadership.

Your Impact

  • Customer Acquisition - Drive customer acquisition efforts by optimizing lead generation funnels, developing targeted campaigns, and employing marketing automation and conversion rate optimization tactics - Experiment constantly to find innovative approaches
  • Customer Engagement - Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized communication, upselling/cross-selling initiatives, and loyalty programs
  • Digital Marketing - Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including website development and SEO strategies, to enhance online presence and drive traffic
  • Insights and Analytics - Leverage data analytics, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, generating actionable insights to optimize marketing initiatives for improved ROI - Use data and feedback to inform and refine your strategy
  • Market Research - Conduct regular competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats, informing strategic decision-making
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Foster strong partnerships with sales, product management, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration with other leaders
  • Performance Reporting - Develop and deliver regular reports to the senior team, highlighting key marketing performance metrics, growth opportunities, and progress toward revenue targets - Be proactive in finding growth opportunities that align with the business mission and values
  • Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing and diverse growth marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to ensure individual and collective success
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy from Brand to Demand with connected messages across the full funnel to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with other heads of marketing functions, such as Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Corporate Marketing to leverage expertise and resources

Your Experience 

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise marketing
  • Proven Experience - Strong track record of successfully leading and scaling marketing teams in a multi-product SaaS or high-tech company
  • Digital Marketing Expertise - Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation
  • Data Analytics Proficiency - Proficient in leveraging data analytics and marketing technology platforms to drive insights and optimize initiatives
  • Strategic Thinker - Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies, driving results
  • Leadership Skills - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
  • Analytical Mindset - Strong analytical skills, capable of making data-driven decisions and measuring marketing effectiveness
  • Organizational Skills - Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with both the SFDC and Adobe platforms
  • An MBA is highly preferred or equivalent military experience required

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $248,000- $342,000 /YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
