Job Summary
As the Product Manager for Network Security Adoption, your mandate is to eliminate 'shelfware' across the industry’s most comprehensive security stack. You will own the strategy for an intelligent, cross-product adoption engine that spans On-Prem (Strata), Cloud (Prisma SASE), and Security Services (CDSS). You will build an Autonomous Success Engine that uses AI Agents to ensure that every customer achieves the maximum security posture possible.
Key Responsibilities
Define the 'Adoption North Star' product strategy for the Network Security Business Unit, determining what a '100% Secure' customer looks like.
Build a unified adoption control plane and integrated dashboard within Strata Cloud Manager to provide a single health score for a customer’s entire Network Security estate.
Productize AI-driven 'Next Best Action' agents and design 'One-Click Enablement' workflows to guide admins and automate configuration, risk assessment, and policy testing.
Orchestrate the adoption journey for the SASE Stack (Prisma Access, Prisma SD-WAN), the Hardware/Software Stack (PAN-OS, NGFWs, CN-Series), and the full suite of Cloud-Delivered Security Services.
Work with engineering to build the underlying telemetry and analytics data pipeline that tracks feature usage across hardware, software, and cloud tenants.
Apply growth-hacking principles such as onboarding funnels, in-app triggers, and friction reduction to the deep-tech security world.
Ensure that when a new CDSS service is launched, the adoption workflows are 'Day 0' ready across both Strata and Prisma interfaces.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
6+ years in product management roles with a focus on Network Security (Firewalls, VPNs, SASE, or Web Gateways).
Platform mindset with the ability to see the 'connective tissue' between different product lines and simplify them into a single user experience.
Technical breadth to comfortably discuss PAN-OS CLI, Cloud-Managed SASE APIs, and the nuances of SSL/TLS Decryption at scale.
Preferred Qualifications
A passion for making enterprise security software as intuitive and engaging as a consumer application.
