Your Career

This position is responsible for managing portfolio and programs related to IT E2E initiatives.  A successful candidate for this role will have strong Program Management and organization skills to complement their technical skills.  The role will engage with a wide range of Internal and product stakeholders to support our Enterprise initiatives. You will understand and document their needs and will play the role of Enterprise Program Manager to projects, manage the sprints and overall release of business capabilities to production. The role involves managing product intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, SDLC cycle, release management across IT and Product and continue to drive optimization. You need to be proficient in Agile principles and drive the improvement of SDLC cycle time.

 

Your Impact

  • Build relationships with various TPM and Product Managers to understand their Product Roadmaps - build IT Roadmap and execute to it

  • Develop and maintain detailed IT roadmaps, outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables for new product launches

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product roadmap, leveraging NPI strategy

  • Partner with IT teams to enable and deliver the projects across CPQ, Order Management & Fulfillment, Licensing, and Product Activation

  • Oversee the NPI process, ensuring that projects progress according to plan and identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues

  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market for new products and optimize NPI process. 

  • Provide regular updates and reports to the stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all NPI-related communications, both within the IT department and with external stakeholders

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Product teams, IT, and other relevant parties

  • Collect and analyze feedback via retro to drive continuous improvement in NPI practices and performance

Your Experience 

  • 8+ years of Technical Project Management experience for complex Enterprise projects

  • Excellent knowledge of Agile SCRUM process with at least 8 years of experience as a Enterprise Program Manager and SCRUM master managing Enterprise project implementations

  • Excellent Business Analyst skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively collect requirements, organize data and build processes to support Enterprise initiatives

  • Knowledge of some of the business processes for quoting, sales, fulfillment or support would be a plus

  • Owning and driving change management to build strong relationships and gain adoption

  • Experience overseeing and developing large matrix project management resources and teams

  • Proven expertise in Scrum, SDLC, change and project management methodologies, concepts, practices, procedures and standards

  • Technical Program Management experience in an Agile environment

  • Ability to take high level ambiguous information and turn it into solidified detailed plans that drive results

  • Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to communicate to executives, managers and engineers

  • Understand the challenges of working in distributed environment with multiple teams working on different problems

  • Publish Metrics and reports to accurately track progress of projects

  • PMP and SCRUM certification is strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in CS or MIS or equivalent military experience required

  • Bay area candidates must be in office 3 days/ Week

You will be part of the Enterprise Strategy & PMO, a growing, passionate, and dynamic team with an opportunity to work on challenging and exciting projects. This is a great opportunity to join the Enterprise PMO team in Enterprise Portfolio & PMO transformation journey to build a world class portfolio and program management practice. The successful candidate will  provide hands-on leadership in executing the Portfolio & PMO transformation roadmap.

 

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $152,000 - $251,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
