Job Summary

As a Sr Principal AI Engineer, you will join a dynamic team of seasoned engineers to trailblaze our Generative AI transformation. You will leverage your extensive experience to architect and innovate enterprise-grade, full-stack systems and intelligent, agentic workflows. This role is for a hands-on, highly technical leader focused on designing the next generation of our internal and external business applications to revolutionize our Go-To-Market (GTM) processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of a proxy-first 'AI Gateway' to ensure vendor independence and seamless switching between LLMs.
  • Design and build a single, unified API endpoint to abstract LLM provider complexities, centralizing access and security control.
  • Implement comprehensive observability pipelines for GenAI to track trace-level data, prompts, model latency, and cost-performance metrics.
  • Proactively collaborate with business stakeholders to apply GenAI in automating complex Go-To-Market (GTM) business logic and workflows.
  • Pioneer and institute innovative agentic AI by designing sophisticated Multi-Agent Systems and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication.
  • Develop and implement 'LLM as a Judge' evaluation frameworks to automate quality assurance for system outputs.
  • Build and maintain robust AI safety guardrails to prevent PII exposure, filter inappropriate content, and defend against prompt injection attacks.
  • Develop advanced adversarial defense mechanisms, including keyword filtering and behavioral analysis, to protect models from manipulation.

Qualifications

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.

$223,000.00 - $306,500.00/yr
