Job Summary

The Sr. Content Marketing Specialists for the AI Security Nexus program leads the editorial strategy, messaging consistency, and content operations that power Palo Alto Networks’ executive-facing AI narrative. This role ensures that the Nexus web experience, executive briefings, and supporting materials remain current, strategically aligned, and clearly communicate Palo Alto Networks’ leadership across three pillars: how the company uses AI internally, how AI is embedded across the product portfolio, and how Palo Alto Networks secures AI for customers.

The position requires strong editorial judgment, the ability to synthesize complex technical material into executive-ready messaging, and close coordination across product marketing, corporate marketing, executive communications, and web teams.

Key Responsibilities

Ownership and Governance

  • Contribute to the editorial roadmap for the AI Security Nexus program, ensuring consistent messaging across all Nexus touchpoints.

  • Maintain the Nexus web experience, including regular content refreshes, narrative alignment across pillars, and coordination with web publishing teams.

  • Establish and enforce editorial standards, tone, and message consistency across Nexus materials.

Content Curation and Narrative Development

  • Curate relevant AI-related content from across Palo Alto Networks (research, product, thought leadership, customer stories) and integrate it into the Nexus experience.

  • Develop and refine clear, executive-level messaging that articulates:

    • How Palo Alto Networks uses AI internally

    • How AI powers Palo Alto Networks products

    • How Palo Alto Networks secures AI for customers

  • Partner with subject-matter experts to translate complex AI security concepts into clear, differentiated positioning.

Executive and Program Support

  • Create and maintain supporting program assets, including Executive Briefing Center (EBC) decks, executive narratives, and pillar-level briefing materials.

  • Provide editorial leadership and content support for Nexus-related executive engagements, presentations, and strategic initiatives.

  • Ensure cross-functional stakeholders have consistent, ready-to-use messaging aligned with the Nexus framework.

Operational Leadership

  • Coordinate cross-functional content inputs from product teams, marketing, research, and communications.

  • Manage editorial workflows, version control, and documentation to maintain a single source of truth for Nexus messaging.

  • Identify gaps in messaging or supporting content and proactively drive development of new materials.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in editorial strategy, content leadership, or product/technical marketing within cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or AI-related domains.

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into executive-level narratives and scalable messaging frameworks.

  • Strong experience managing cross-functional content initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business units.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and messaging architecture skills, with a track record of maintaining consistency across large content ecosystems.

  • Familiarity with AI, cybersecurity, or platform-based enterprise solutions strongly preferred.

  • Experience supporting executive communications, briefing programs, or strategic narrative initiatives is a plus.
