Job Summary

As a Senior Product Manager on the Cortex XDR team at Palo Alto Networks, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of enterprise endpoint security. In this high-impact role, you will define and execute the strategy for core XDR agent capabilities - including advanced threat detection, Endpoint Data Loss Prevention, Digital Forensics, cross product integrations and AI-driven telemetry.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, UX, and product marketing to build high-performance, resilient, and lightweight endpoint solutions that protect millions of endpoints globally.

Your Impact

• Defining and owning the product roadmap for selected Cortex XDR agent areas, aligning it with the overall Cortex strategy

• Collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive product development and go-to-market strategies

• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and customer needs

• Be the voice of the customer: Deeply engage with CISOs, SOC leads, and incident responders to uncover emerging threat vectors, understand operational pain points, and translate user feedback into prioritized features or enhancements

• Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking product performance against established goals

• Evangelizing the product internally and externally, including presenting at industry events and conferences

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in cybersecurity or in enterprise grade endpoint solutions. Prior experience in software engineering, security research, threat intelligence, or SecOps is a major advantage

• End-to-End Product Lifecycle ownership: Mastery of the full PM lifecycle - from market research, user discovery, and requirement definitions to engineering release planning, GTM positioning, and post-launch activities

• Deep understanding of cyber security concepts, data security concepts, technologies, and best practices. Expertise in threat detection methodologies and techniques is a major plus

• Familiarity with the security and governance challenges around endpoint AI applications and shadow AI usage

• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automated data analytics, AI prototyping tools) to streamline customer feedback synthesis and accelerate PRD creation

• Proven track record of successfully bringing complex technical products to market

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent military experience required

• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

• High proficiency in both English and Hebrew is required

• Team player with a can-do approach

• Strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks, possessing a take-charge attitude that demonstrates a willingness to be accountable for actions and outcomes.

• Taking initiative and being proactive in identifying and addressing problems or opportunities.
