Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Product Design to join our Prisma Browser (previously Talon) team in Tel Aviv and help shape the future of work through the Enterprise Browser.

Prisma Browser is the market-leading Secure Enterprise Browser, redefining how organizations protect users, data, and applications. Built on a high-performance browser foundation, our platform delivers zero trust access, modern data protection, complete threat prevention, low-level security controls, and rich policy and analytics capabilities - all designed to secure the way work actually happens: in the browser and on any device.

As a Senior Manager, Product Design, you will lead and grow a team of talented product designers responsible for shaping the experiences of millions of end users using our browser, and security administrators worldwide. You will define design strategy, drive UX excellence, establish scalable design practices, and partner closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership to deliver intuitive, delightful, and impactful experiences to millions of users worldwide.

This is a unique opportunity to help define a rapidly growing product category and build one of Palo Alto Networks' fastest-growing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and design excellence.

• Define and drive the design vision and user experience strategy across Prisma Browser, creating intuitive experiences for both end users and administrators.

• Champion simplicity and usability while balancing the unique security, administrative, and productivity needs of enterprise environments.

• Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership to influence product strategy, roadmap decisions, and user experience direction.

• Act as a hands-on design leader, guiding teams through complex product challenges and contributing directly to key initiatives when needed.

• Establish and maintain high standards for interaction design, visual design, usability, accessibility, and overall product quality.

• Drive the evolution and adoption of scalable design systems, patterns, and processes.

• Advocate for user-centered design by leveraging customer feedback, user research, analytics, and market insights to inform product decisions, ensuring the user's voice is present in all product decisions.

• Conduct design reviews and provide clear, actionable feedback that elevates the quality and consistency of design deliverables.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Palo Alto Networks to deliver cohesive and integrated experiences across the broader platform.

• Partner with recruiting teams to attract, hire, onboard, and develop world-class design talent.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related disciplines.

• 3+ years of experience managing and developing product design teams.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design leadership, including strategy, process, execution, and measurable business impact.

• Experience designing complex enterprise software, SaaS platforms, productivity applications, or cybersecurity products.

• Proven ability to partner effectively with Product Management and Engineering leaders to shape product direction and drive execution.

• Expertise with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma

• Experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems across multiple product areas.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Adaptable to changing requirements and the ability to multitask and prioritize and reprioritize responsibilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing products that serve multiple user personas, including both end users and administrators.

• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and data-informed product design.

• Experience leveraging AI-powered design, research, prototyping, or productivity tools to accelerate design workflows and improve outcomes.

• Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, highly collaborative organizations.

• A passion for balancing high-level product strategy with detail-oriented, pixel-perfect execution.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
