Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Manage the daily execution of security protocols at the Petah Tikva and Beer Sheva sites, ensuring a unified and high-standard security posture.
Guard Force Management: Direct third-party security providers, overseeing recruitment, specialized training, and daily performance to ensure professional excellence.
Technical Systems Oversight: Maintain 100% operational readiness of integrated security technologies, including access control (biometrics), CCTV, and alarm monitoring.
Crisis Command: Act as the on-site incident commander during emergencies or regional escalations, coordinating directly with the Israel Police and Home Front Command.
Risk & Threat Mitigation: Conduct ongoing site-specific risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement proactive countermeasures tailored to the local landscape.
Investigations: Lead internal investigations into security breaches or unauthorized activities, delivering comprehensive reports and remediation plans.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with local site leads to foster a "Security First" culture that integrates safety into the daily workflow without disrupting productivity.
Required Experience
Corporate Expertise: 5–8 years of experience in security management within a global high-tech or multinational corporate environment in Israel.
Multi-Site Management: Proven ability to manage security operations across geographically dispersed locations (Central and Southern Israel).
Crisis Leadership: A strong track record of leading teams through regional instability or site emergencies with professional composure.
Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with enterprise-level security platforms (e.g., Lenel, S2, Milestone).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
Background: Command experience in the IDF (Officer rank) or a background in the Israel Security Agency (ISA/Shin Bet) is highly preferred.
