What advice would you give to a candidate preparing for an interview?

Always do your prep work and be authentic! Research on the role and the team you are applying for, and relate your achievements and experience to tell us your story. Remember, we want to hear about you, not a perfect answer that does not apply to you.

How can someone be a more competitive candidate?

A competitive candidate does not mean checking all boxes, but rather someone who knows when to showcase their strength, and where they need help to improve at the same time. Let’s face it, there is no perfect candidate. While we want to hire someone who can make our team stronger, we also want to help you grow to become that perfect candidate!
