Excellence and Opportunity at Palo Alto Networks in France

I joined Palo Alto Networks almost four years ago. One of the first things that struck me was the quality of the recruitment process. Each interviewer took the time to prepare for the interview, introduce themselves, and provide feedback. It was a very good experience, and it has now changed the way I recruit for my team.

The Paris offices reopened a few weeks after my arrival, and I was quickly able to meet the France team and observe the energy within leadership that drives all the teams. I often think that I am in the right place at the right time. Innovation, pace, excellence in execution, and a culture of questioning are part of our daily lives at Palo Alto Networks, which helps us maintain our position as a leader in the highly competitive cybersecurity market.

With hard work, dedication, and a touch of passion, nothing is impossible. This is evidenced by a large number of promotions and internal job changes, making it a company where one can envision and build their career at the pace of numerous opportunities.

As a Domain Consultant manager, I am very proud to represent women in tech and uplift women who are early in career at Palo Alto Networks, with one LEAP program participant recently joining my team. What I enjoy is building a team in which different profiles complement each other, creating a collaborative atmosphere where everyone helps and learns from each other.
