Joining Palo Alto Networks in France
Sixteen months ago, a dream opportunity came knocking at my door: Palo Alto Networks was looking for a Major Account Manager in Paris. I must admit that since I moved to Paris from Mexico, Palo Alto Networks had always been my dream company to work. Their vision, their market leadership position and the constant innovation they bring to the industry, had always got my intention.
At that time, I was starting to search for a new adventure after my previous company was acquired. In this search, I was determined that my next move would be to a company where I could build a long-term career and where development opportunities would challenge me to become a better version of myself, both professionally and personally.
Life at Palo Alto Networks has been unlike anything I had experienced before. The pace of evolution here is astounding. The commitment to help our customers build a more secure world is unparalleled. The leadership’s direct involvement in individual deals, the dedication of our product teams to continuously innovate and create safer solutions, and the disruptive approach to driving market innovation have all been incredible to witness.
This position has taught me a lot, both professionally and personally. It has reinforced my belief that with hard work and dedication, anything is achievable. In this role, I am able to combine what I love most: helping my customers and contributing to a safer environment every day. Stepping into this role has been a rewarding experience as I’ve had the privilege to work with an inspiring leadership team and to build trusted relationships with incredible customers.
10 months after joining Palo Alto Networks as a Major Account Manager in France, I can confidently say that joining this company was one of the best decisions of my life. Despite the intensity and high expectations that come with working here, I’ve been able to maintain balance—finding time for personal growth, pursuing my passions like traveling, and enjoying life. The journey so far has been filled with challenges, opportunities, and fulfillments, and I look forward to what the future holds as I continue to grow with Palo Alto Networks.
