戦略アカウント営業本部 第1部(Major 1)は、日本を代表す*製造業(自動車、ハイテク・電機、重工、化学・素材など)およびエネルギー業界のトップ企業の新規開拓および既存アカウントの深耕を担当しています。本ポジションでは、日本の産業界をリードするグローバル製造業のお客様に対し、セキュリティの観点からデジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)を支援し、経営課題を解決する戦略的な提案をお任せします。

Your Impact

当社は製造業のトップ企業群において非常に高い市場シェアを誇りますが、単なる製品導入にとどまらず、ネットワーク・クラウド・SOC(セキュリティ運用)を統合した「セキュリティプラットフォーム」への変革を推進しています。
経営層への戦略提案:顧客のCxO(最高情報責任者、最高セキュリティ責任者など)や意思決定者に対し、経営リスクの低減とビジネスの成長を支えるセキュリティ戦略を提案し、数億円規模の契約交渉を行います。
アカウントオーケストレーション:エンドユーザーへのハイタッチセールスを主軸としつつ、パートナー企業と協業し、エコシステム全体を巻き込んだ提案活動を展開します。
社内リソースの結集:製品専任営業(Specialist)、システムエンジニア(SE)、コンサルタント、マーケティングチームなど、社内の多様なプロフェッショナルと連携し、アカウントチームのリーダーとしてプロジェクトを主導します。
市場へのインパクト:日本のモノづくり企業の競争力をセキュリティの側面から強化し、グローバルでの安全なビジネス展開を支える社会的意義の大きな役割です。

Qualifications

Your Experience

IT業界でのハイタッチセールス経験3年以上(セキュリティ業界の経験は不問。ソフトウェア・ハードウェア・SIer・クラウドベンダー等での営業経験)
大手エンタープライズ企業向け法人営業の経験3年以上
複雑なステークホルダー(経営層、IT部門、ユーザー部門)を巻き込んだ提案経験

歓迎経験(Preferred Experience)
製造業(自動車、電機、重工、化学等)の大手顧客を担当した経験
セキュリティソリューション、ネットワーク、クラウド製品の販売経験
ビジネスレベルの英語力(グローバルチームとの連携や最新情報のキャッチアップのため)
求めるスキル・資質(Desired Qualities)
Executive Presence: 経営層を含む顧客エグゼクティブと対等にビジネスの会話ができ、信頼関係を構築する能力
Strategic Thinking: 顧客のビジネス課題を深く理解し、論理的思考に基づいた中長期的なアカウントプランを策定・実行する能力
Collaboration: 社内の異なる製品部門や技術部門、パートナー企業と円滑に連携し、チームとして成果を最大化するリーダーシップ
