Life at Palo Alto Networks: Meet the New Faces of Our Spain Sales Team

What does it take to secure the digital future? At Palo Alto Networks, it starts with an intensive, world-class onboarding experience. We are thrilled to introduce three new members of our Sales team in Spain who recently returned from our global headquarters in Santa Clara after completing the FLIGHT Onboarding program.

María | Major Account Manager, Central Government

“8 weeks of training, with 2 amazing weeks at our HQ in Santa Clara. It has been an incredible and rewarding experience, and being at the heart of Palo Alto Networks in California was definitely the highlight… I’m heading home with something much more valuable than just notes and manuals: human connections.

Joining Palo Alto Networks is an exciting challenge, but meeting colleagues from all over the world who are also starting their journey here, has been the true highlight. Swapping stories, cultures, and perspectives confirms that talent knows no borders when we share the same mission.

I’m leaving Santa Clara with my batteries, recharged, new friends across the globe, and a lot of excitement for what’s next in this journey. A huge thanks to everyone who made this week so unforgettable!

I want to give a special thanks to my colleagues from the EMEA and LATAM teams… It was a pleasure sharing this time with all of you! You made every day easier and more fun! Now, I’m ready and excited to take on this new challenge!”

Andreea | Channel Business Manager

“I’ve just completed the FLIGHT Onboarding 303 program at Palo Alto Networks, and I’m still taking in everything these past weeks have meant.

I started this journey with a bit of apprehension — new environment, new challenges, an intense pace — but it quickly turned into one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The organization, the quality of the content, the learning methodologies, and the depth of the program truly exceeded my expectations.

But what made it truly special were the people. I had the chance to connect with incredibly talented professionals who are also genuinely wonderful human beings. Sharing perspectives, cultures, ways of working, and plenty of laughs made the experience unforgettable.

A very special thank you to Maria Monto, our program coordinator, whose energy, clarity, and dedication shaped this journey in a remarkable way.

And of course, to my partners in crime, Estrella Ayuso Saez and Maurizio Merolla — you made every day lighter, funnier, and absolutely memorable. ✨

I’m closing this chapter with a renewed spark: more focus, more clarity, and more excitement to create real impact. On to the next chapter. 💪🔥”

Rafael | Commercial Sales Manager

“It has been two months of intensive training, and I am thrilled to announce that I have successfully completed the Flight Onboarding Program at Palo Alto Networks. What a transformative experience!

I want to express my immense gratitude to everyone who made this journey possible. A special and huge THANK YOU to Maria Monto and Milissa Kubal-White, my incredible group facilitators. Your guidance and energy were essential to our success. And also thanks to my new colleagues and friends from all over the world. The networking and mutual support we've built are priceless!

The weeks spent in Santa Clara, California, were unforgettable: between valuable sessions with SMEs, roleplays, presentations, "crazy group names," and the "energy food." And yes, for this Spaniard, it was worth having lunch at breakfast time and dinner at snack time just to live this unique adventure.

Ready to apply everything I've learned after this takeoff and fly high!”
