Job Summary

Your Career当社のセキュリティプラットフォームを、国内の大手企業(エンタープライズ領域)に向けて提案・販売するハイタッチセールス(直接売上責任を持つDQC)のポジションですサイバーセキュリティはもはや単なるITツールではなく「経営課題」となっています。担当エリアの大企業に対して、自らが陣頭指揮を執り、経営層(CxO)へのダイレクトアプローチを通じた新規案件の創出と既存深耕を強力に推進していただきます
Your Impact (主な業務内容)
  • エンドユーザーへのハイタッチ直販営業(Sell-To): 指定されたエンタープライズ顧客を担当し、自ら戦略的なテリトリープランおよびアカウントプランを策定・実行する
  • コンサルティングセールスの実践: 顧客のCレベルやIT部門長へ直接アプローチし、Network・Cloud・SOCの包括的なプラットフォーム提案によって経営課題の解決をリードする
  • 社内リソースのオーケストレーション: 専任のシステムエンジニア(SE)と1対1のペアを組み、インサイドセールス、マーケティング、製品専任スペシャリスト(Speedboat)などを巻き込みながら、複雑で長期にわたる商談をチームセリングで牽引する
  • 主要パートナーとの戦略的協業(Co-selling): エンドユーザーとの合意形成を進めつつ、主要なSIerパートナー(NTTグループ、KDDI、SoftBank、IIJ、富士通、NECなど)と緊密に連携し、最適な商流構築と共同提案を推進する
  • 商談進捗の的確なCRM管理、および週次フォーキャストでの正確な進捗報告を実施する

Qualifications

Your Experience(必須条件 / MUST)
  • IT業界における5〜6年以上のソリューション営業経験、またはエンタープライズ(大手企業)向けのハイタッチ営業(直接提案営業)経験 3年以上
  • Cレベルや部長などエグゼクティブ層へのアプローチ・エンゲージメントが得意であり、高い提案力およびプレゼンテーションスキルを有すること
  • 大企業アカウントに対してアカウントプランを策定し、ステークホルダーが多く複雑な商談(セールスサイクル)を自ら推進してクローズした実績
  • 四半期ごとの営業目標(クオーター)をコンスタントに達成してきた明確な実績
  • ITリテラシーを活かし、新しい技術や製品に対して積極的にキャッチアップし、自ら学ぶ姿勢(Applied Learning)

  • セキュリティ、ネットワーク、またはクラウド製品(SaaSベースのアーキテクチャ)に関する販売経験
  • 外資系企業での勤務経験、およびビジネスレベルの英語力(グローバルの最新情報のキャッチアップに有利)
